Are TrustedStemCells services free?
We charge a coordination fee 150 euros fixed + VAT 21 % per case. Should you wish to have additional consultations that can be arranged as additional services on hourly basis charge.
We receive these payments either directly or via our affiliated business entity within jurisdiction of Republic of Kazakhstan.
Whom I pay for medical procedures and treatment itself?
For all medical services that are provided by the clinic you always pay directly and transparently to the clinic.
Importantly, our partnerships do not affect the price you pay. Under our agreements, clinics may not increase your bill because you used TrustedStemCells. In many cases, we’re able to secure special rates or exclusive discounts for our users.
In some cases, clinic may ask for a confirmation deposit when scheduling your appointment through our platform. This deposit that is paid directly to the clinic is then deducted from your total treatment cost.
Where available, you may also choose to prepay for your full medical package in advance. This is entirely optional and subject to clinic availability and policy.
Do clinics pay to be listed on TrustedStemCells?
No, clinics do not pay to appear on our platform. Every medical center featured on TrustedStemCells goes through a careful and objective selection process based on quality, services offered, and patient outcomes — not financial contributions.
Can clinics pay for better placement in listings?
Our clinic listings are primarily automated and based on objective ranking criteria. However, clinics may choose to pay for sponsored placement within a specific directory. These promoted listings are clearly labeled as “Promoted” to ensure transparency.

Where do the prices come from, and how accurate are they?
The pricing shown on our website and in treatment plans comes directly from our partner clinics. However, all listed prices should be considered estimates. Final costs may vary depending on factors like diagnostic results or how your body responds to treatment.
Clinics may update their prices without immediate notice. For the most accurate and personalized cost breakdown, we recommend submitting a request through the platform.
Can the final cost be different from the estimate?
Yes — prices may increase or decrease depending on the number and type of procedures needed, which often depends on test results or evolving treatment needs.
How are treatment payments handled?
The amount you prepay as a confirmation deposit is subtracted from your final clinic bill.
